FAQs

Q: Are you a real estate agent and are there fees or commissions involved?

A: No, we are not licensed agents or brokers. We buy and sell properties on our own behalf. In any transaction, we work together to see if we can find a solution to your situation. You do not pay us any commissions. However, if after our assessment you believe listing your home may be best, we can connect you with our network of low commission realtors.

Q: What types of homes do you buy?

A: We buy all types of homes. Any size. Any condition. Any situation. You don’t need to make any repairs, or even clean before we buy your home. If you’re in financial distress, underwater on the home or just ready to move on to the next phase and are having a hard time selling, we are confident that we can help to find a solution that works for all parties!

Q: If I’m behind on my mortgage payments, can you still buy my home?

A: Yes! We buy homes in any type of financial situation. We have relationships with area banks and are very familiar with the foreclosure process, and often buy homes that are behind on payments.

Q: Am I under any obligation to sell to you if I submit my information?

A: No. You submit your information with no strings attached. We respond to every inquiry, and if we’re interested in your property, we’ll set up a meeting to inspect your house or commercial property so that we can come up with a fair offer. Once we make the offer, it is 100% up to you if you want to accept it.
